- Scope of Services CheetahHost provides a platform for hosting Minecraft servers, as well as technical support and additional services as described on our website. We may modify or discontinue our services at any time without notice to you.
- User Account In order to use our services, you must create an account with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
- User Content CheetaHost does not claim ownership of the content that you upload, store or transmit through our services. However, by uploading, storing, or transmitting such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, publicly display, distribute, and create derivative works of such content for the purpose of providing the services to you.
- User Conduct You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to upload, store or transmit any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or to interfere with or disrupt the services or servers or networks connected to the services.
- Intellectual Property Rights CheetaHost retains all right, title, and interest in and to our services and technology, including without limitation all patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks and other proprietary rights. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of our technology.
- Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CheetaHost and its affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
- Disclaimer of Warranties Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services or the information, content, materials or products included on our services.
- Limitation of Liability CheetaHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) the use or the inability to use our services; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (iv) any other matter relating to our services.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the European Union.
- When your credits run out, your server will be locked and you will have to renew them to continue using it. If you do not renew your credits within 7 days after they expire, your server will be deleted and we will not be able to recover it. Please make sure you have enough credits to avoid losing your server data.
- Changes to these Terms CheetaHost reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes
Additionally, CheetaHost reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time and without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to regularly review these terms and ensure that they are in compliance. Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of service and potential legal action.
By using the services provided by CheetaHost, the user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold CheetaHost and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with the use of the services provided.
The user acknowledges that CheetaHost shall not be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of its services, including but not limited to damages resulting from server downtime or data loss. The user is responsible for backing up their own data and ensuring that they have appropriate backup procedures in place.
In the event of any dispute arising from the use of CheetaHost’s services, the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the European Union.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. The user agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the European Union for any disputes arising from these terms.
By using CheetaHost’s services, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service and any modifications thereto.
- Limitation of Liability
CheetaHost will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of its services, including, but not limited to, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the theory of liability, whether contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if CheetaHost has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CheetaHost and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Service by you.
- Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms of Service, the parties agree to try to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiation. If such negotiations are unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the courts of the European Union for resolution.

Cheetahost reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, without notice to you. Your continued use of the services provided by CheetaHost after such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms of Service.

- Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Cheetahost regarding the use of its services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether written or oral, between the parties.

CheetaHost offers a free trial to users, allowing them to test our services before making a payment. By making a payment, users acknowledge their understanding of how our services work and are aware of the purchase they are making. As a result, CheetaHost reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to issue a refund, should a customer error or malfunction occur. However, CheetaHost is not obligated to issue a refund for any spent credits.
CheetaHost shall not be held responsible for the use of its services by minors, as it is the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians. In accordance with the provisions of European Union law, CheetaHost cannot be held liable for any actions or behavior by minors who use its services. The company is not responsible for any potential harm or damage caused by minors while utilizing its services.
